Where litigation is the best course of action, our lawyers advise and represent clients through all stages of the litigation process. We have significant experience in pleading cases before all levels of the Icelandic courts and eight of our partners have advocacy rights before the Icelandic Supreme Court. In addition, our team is accomplished in taking matters to arbitration.

Our team is also highly experienced in representing clients before various statutory tribunals and appeals boards, including the Competition Appeals Committee, the Internal Revenue Board and the Post and Telecom Administration.

Our team is well recognised for its international dimension. In particular, our lawyers are experienced in pleading cases before the EFTA Court and we have significant experience of assisting clients with cross-border disputes. Additionally, we maintain a network of lawyers in other jurisdictions with whom we co-operate to achieve the best results for our clients. Our lawyers' expertise is held in such high regard that they also act as expert witnesses on matters of Icelandic law in foreign proceedings.
